Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.

This is private bedroom on the second floor in a single family dwelling located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. - Free street Parking and WiFi. - We have a cleaner to clean the home daily, and you have a worry free environment. - The house have two shared bathrooms. One located downstairs and one upstairs. - We will supply shower towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry soap, etc.
