Room house with 7 years of construction, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, excellent wifi, terrace, garden, garage for 3 cars, a pool with warm water, in a safe and quiet section very few neighbors, overlooking the spectacular lagoon. It is located 12 minutes from the village of Chapala, 10 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the town of Ajijic and 35 minutes from the intl. airport of Guadalajara. Great weather year-round year-round.

The apartment is very easy to access and is a very quiet place to rest. It has a touch of simplicity and spaciousness. Most of the time when you think of glamping being off-grid comes with it. While you're not exactly off-grid here, as you do have electricity and wifi but you are off the beaten path enough to catch the sunset&sunrise from your dome.
