The apartment is located on the beachfront, with an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The terrace is spectacular, you won't want to move!! It is newly renovated and always very clean. It has air conditioning (with a heat pump for the winter) and a fully equipped kitchen. With parking space and elevator . Located 10km from Alicante, with a train station and airport very close by. Very well located, with all the amenities needed without the need for a car. Magnificent restaurants.

It is a very simple and small studio in the center of San Juan village, equipped enough to meet basic needs. Due to its size it is ideal for one or two people, but it has a sofa bed and they can stay one or two more. Places of interest: the beach 500 meters away, Buses and Tram to the center of Alicante, and the airport (20 minutes by car). We have one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Alicante next to a natural cove called Cabo Huertas, there are all kinds of shops very close (supermarkets, Eco shops, clothing stores, restaurants and shopping center with children's playground).
