Exceptional, beachfront house, waterfront, full of charm, large garden with umbrella pines, unique location on the bay of St. Florent, 1 km from the village of Saint-Florent. A gem for a magical vacation Deckchairs and umbrellas on the beach. Pontoon for docking by boat. The house consists of a kitchen open to an air-conditioned living room, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 of which are air-conditioned, as well as an independent studio on the non-air-conditioned upper floor.

An outdoor dining area is set under a large umbrella, featuring a glass-top table with place settings that include bowls and glasses. Surrounding the table are comfortable chairs, with olive trees and a distant view of a building on a hillside adding to the serene atmosphere.

Calenzana, 1 km from the GR20, cabin at the bottom of our garden, beautiful direct view of the mountain. Upstairs: two single beds overlooking a hanging net, underneath an open kitchen. an outdoor shower and dry toilet. Our dog Thio will be in the garden. Breakfast is possible with an extra charge on request. Upon arrival you will pass through our house but you have the option once there to have independent access.
