Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful marine house 5 min away from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village west of the island. Tastefully furnished in white, blue and blue tones, it is in a quiet area, surrounded by a nice garden. Developed over 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea over Corsica and Pianosa. Inside 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with kitchen and lunch, loft with sofa bed. Farmhouse in the middle of the vineyards.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, a few minutes from the winery where you can see, browse and taste the organic wine and extra virgin olive oil of the island of Elba. You can taste dishes of Tuscan cuisine prepared by Chef Sante in the restaurant inside the Cellar. We have an agreement with the ferries.
