Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Public transportation stops on the corner for easy navigation throughout the city. You will have access to the backyard, washer and dryer, street parking and EV charging. Formal dinning room, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for families with children or travelers that like to explore the great outdoors. Fenced backyard with a BBQ.

Guest Suite in PacHeights, Japantown & Fillmore St

Our one-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend the place for four adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Cozy Studio with Garden 20 minutes from SFO

Our large & comfortable apartment has its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living area, chairs, dining area, and kitchenette. 20 minute drive from SF Airport, 45 from Oakland. Easy street parking, but you do not need a car. We provide everything you need - pack your clothes and come! IMPORTANT: Pets allowed, but there is an additional charge of $30 per night per pet.
