It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

Only 3 units in the building, next door larger 2 bedroom unit is also an airbnb and can be rented concurrently to accommodate larger groups Parking available in the property!

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
