Unique BnB apartment in downtown Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Modern New York Style apartment in Ceresbyen Aarhus. Location: Close to everything, 10 minutes walk to Aros museum, The Old Town, Botanical Garden, The Music House, Shopping street and Central station. 4 supermarkets nearby, and many bus options. Inside the apartment: 1 double bed + a big comfortable sleeping sofa. It is a hotel suite + a fully functioning kitchen. Outside the apartment: Park area with a river and canoe sailing, a roof balcony which you can access by using the apartment key.

Velkommen i denne charmende 3 værelses lejlighed i 2 plan på 114 kvm. Den unikke placering i hjertet af Aarhus gør du er tæt på alt, Cafeer, butikker, kulturelle oplevelser. Lejligheden byder på lyse indbydende rum med højt til loftet. Stort køkken alm. rum med tilhørende spiseplads. Badeværelse med toilet og bruseniche. Soveværelse med indbygget skabe som er gode til opbevaring. Første salen er et stort rum med stort lys indfald og sengeplads, sofa og skrivebord. Adgang til fælles gård.

Nyd en overnatning i denne hyggelige og perfekt beliggende lejlighed på skønne Frederiksbjerg i Aarhus. Lejligheden er 86 kvadratmeter og ligger 1 minuts gang fra Aarhus Hovedbanegård i rolige omgivelser og en sidegade til populære Jægergaardsgade. Kun en kort gåtur til skov, strand og lokale madmarkeder. Lejligheden er nyrenoveret og rummelig med et stort køkkenalrum og et lækkert badeværelse med gulvvarme. Indeholder en dobbeltseng og to rigtig fine sovesofaer (fordelt i tre rum).

Fantastisk lejlighed i centrum

Denne skønne lejlighed er den perfekte base for et ophold i Aarhus - lige ved banegården og i gåafstand til Strøget, vandet og Frederiksbjergs hyggelige vinbarer, spisesteder og butikker. Alt er stilfuldt og lækkert indrettet med moderne faciliteter og hvidevarer. Der er god plads til 4 i lejligheden - og er vejret til det, kan man hygge sig på den 13 m2 store altan. Der er elevator i ejendommen. Man har mulighed for at parkere sin bil gratis i p-kælderen efter aftale.
