Cozy family cottage right down to the beach. The house sleeps 6 adults and 1 child, in the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located next to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here, there is plenty of opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, crabbing and a round of mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

The farm is located on the outskirts of Ballen, a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, etc., but is still completely undisturbed by other neighbors.

Part of the terrace is covered, and with sun from start to finish, it's perfect. It's close to the area's best and child-friendly beach, nature, and cozy dining options. Great for a relaxing getaway by the sea. Private fenced garden.
