Unique BnB apartment in downtown Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Nice & cozy designer flat with balcony 5 min from the railway st. The flat is a newly renovated 2 room apartment (bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bath 58 m2). It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

Velkommen hjem! Lejligheden ligger i "Isbjerget", her bor du tæt på centrum (5 min i bil/1,5 km) af den jyske hovedstad Aarhus – populært betegnet som verdens mindste storby. I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Moderne strandhus bygget i 2021 kun 25 meter fra vandkanten med herlig panoramaudsigt over Kattegat. Komplet køkken og moderne inventar. Gratis parkering foran huset. Hasmark har børnevenlig strand og ligger 10 min. fra naturskønne Enebærodde. I nærheden findes mange aktiviteter: Legeplads, badeland, minigolf. Dyr og rygning ej tilladt. Feriehus tæt på strand, lystbådehavn og natur

Huset ligger i Mårup på Nordøen, tæt på havnen og Nordby bakker. Der er 900m i luftlinje mellem begge strandsider. Huset er rummeligt, højt til loftet og med mange hyggekroge. Der er inkluderet sengelinned, et håndklæde og et badehåndklæde pr. person. Den skønne bakkede natur er kendetegnet for Nordøen, den starter lige ude foran døren. Nordøen har indkøb, restauranter og specialbutikker. Vi har en specialbutik HØST der også har vin & kaffebar. Galleriet er med Pernilles værker.

Solreden - Charmerende sommerhus med havudsigt

Et charmerende sommerhus på 123 kvadratmeter som blev fuldstændig moderniseret og ombygget i 2016. Fremstår lyst og venligt. Tre forskellige bruser faciliteter hvoraf den ene er uden for boligen hvilket er skønt når man har været ude i havet og bade. Ligger i ugeneret natur ved havet. Udsigten over den store eng som ligger i forlængelse af haven giver ofte mulighed for at se rådyr, fasaner med mere. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder i området herunder også gourmet restauranter.

2 værelses charmerende og meget hyggelig lejlighed på 4.sal i hjertet af Aarhus, midt i øgaderne med den smukkeste udsigt over hele Aarhus. Butikker, caféer, Botanisk have, skov og strand i en radius af 500m. I lejligheden er der et hyggeligt køkkenalrum og en kombineret stue/soveværelse. Sengen er 140cm bred. - beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

The house 10 B is atonally renovated part of a historic 3 wing wood frame house from 1680, located I the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord.
