Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you a canoé, bicycles, crah pads and cars (ask for pictures)

This house is full of living charm, be my respectful guests. This house is mine, I live in it, my things are stored in the cupboards, but they won't bother you when you occupy the house, I'm settled elsewhere. You will be at the front of the boat with a gentle view of the Seine. A quiet and bucolic place, a small bubble to relax and enjoy the panorama. Independent entrance via a sailor's staircase. You have access to your own terrace at the front of the boat. We live there. Next to a bridge and the Scandibérique, 20 minutes by bike from the Château de Fontainebleau, near the village of Samois sur Seine. Access to the forest is easy. Accessible restaurants in Samois.

Stay near the Château de By, where the museum dedicated to the painter Rosa Bonheur is located. Local attractions also include the castles of Fontainebleau and Vaux-le-Vicomte, picturesque villages (Barbizon, Moret, Samois, Bourron...), the medieval city of Provins, forest hiking trails and climbing sites (a crash pad is at your disposal), activities on the Seine and the Loing. Thomery train station, a 20-minute walk away, allows you to reach Paris in 45 minutes.

Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
