Centrally located with everything within walking distance, our heritage listed house is an urban oasis with green views and a garden for relaxation to enjoy the changing seasons. With high ceilings, natural light, and a thoughtful mix of mid-century and antique pieces, it’s a true home away from home—slow living at its finest.

The stylish attic apartment is located in a house rebuilt after the war years with only three small residential units. The house was built on the historic city wall, which is over 800 years old. It forms the historic city limit of Paderborn. The unique charm of the building ensemble on the city wall enchants immediately - and that in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the upper floor and was extensively and high-quality renovated in 2022.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Wonderfully quiet location, within a huge property, and with its own driveway, 5 minutes from Wewelsburg. New and modern kitchen with dishwasher, modern oven, induction stove and washing machine. Cozy living/dining room with TV (Netflix), BOSE sound system, fireplace (wood free), Internet. Modern bathroom. The cozy bedroom /dressing room is accessible via a steep and folding staircase.

You will stay in a modern and fully equipped 2-room apartment (approx. 50 square meters) with Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchen (stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, SodaStream), bathtub and a 22 m² roof terrace, separate house entrance and parking space for one car. The sofa is large and cozy, so it can definitely be used as an additional sleeping option. 2 bikes are available.

Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.
