House was built in the late 1800s and this side of the house boasts the original stair case and railing which is exquisite. Custom made bar/island top. Kitchen is stocked with appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans and more. Perfect place to stay with the family, the girls or the guys for a fishing trip! Central to Salmon and Oneida lake fishing! Perfect location for cross country skiers, snowmobilers, boaters and fisherman. Snowmobile trails located 400ft away. Godfreys Point boat launch on Oneida Lake is 20 minutes away and Sylvan Beach is 15 minutes away. Just under an hour from Syracuse, Utica, and Turning Stone Casino.
