The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. With its independent entrance and small separate kitchen, you will be totally autonomous, ideal for a couple or single person (possibility of adding a baby bed for young children). Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.

Our cottage consists of two bedrooms with a mountain atmosphere, bright, comfortable and warm; we can accommodate up to five people. Enjoy our large living room, extending a fully equipped kitchen. Raclette, fondue, pierrade, crêpe-partie are at your disposal. During the summer months, sunbathe on the lawn or on the terrace, and have fun with family and friends.

Apartment in a house in the countryside

40 square meter apartment upstairs from my house. Separate bedroom. Independent access. There's only one apartment, so you'll be the only guests. Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.
