The apartment is on the ground floor with an exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, and a large room for leisure. Two hundred meters from the center of the village of Spinimbecco, this apartment is symmetrical to the other, Casa "Cagliara". A large shaded courtyard, a common entrance for two absolutely independent apartments, each with its own porch where you can relax or dine outdoors. Casa "Adige" is located on the right, in a recently renovated house.

The village borders the Po River, which is why a cycling and pedestrian route has been created for nature and fishing lovers.
