Unique opportunity to stay directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on the newly built Aarhus Island. Wi-Fi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Sommerhus 500 meters from the beach

Beautiful newly built cottage - only 500 meters from the beach. Close to Saksild beach where there are shopping opportunities and mini golf and cozy little eateries. Bring the whole family to our amazing cottage where there is plenty of room for relaxation and coziness and enjoy your vacation in this quiet cottage. There are 4 rooms with double beds. Smoking is not allowed inside, and parties are also not allowed. Dogs are welcome - but not in beds and furniture. The garden is fully fenced. There is an outdoor shower.

The apartment is located in a separate wing, with its own entrance - there is a private kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a view. 7 km from Odder - Denmark's navel. 15 km to Moesgaard Museum and the large forest areas around. 25 km to Aarhus. 10 km to Hou from where you can get to Tunø and Samsø. 3000 sqm2 lovely garden:-). Beautiful modern apartment, newly renovated in 2021.

In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
