Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The setting of this immaculate property cannot fail to impress. The houses and roofed parking lot are nestled amidst mature manicured gardens surrounded by a tall wall guaranteeing an acre of total privacy (approx. 4,000m2). The garden boasts a large pool featuring a double, two-pronged staircase and massage corner, a cabana with a fully-furnished kitchen and shower/toilet, as well as an adjacent roofed barbecue area with a gas grill and two huge tables for those pool-side parties.

The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous Pula monument Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

The communal saltwater pool and communal grill invite you to relax. In the spacious complex you can enjoy the picturesque sunset on beautiful lounge furniture. The sea with secluded bays is 6 km away. From 10 km away are various beaches with leisure facilities.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).
