Small house with character, completely renovated, located in the center of the village, with courtyard and garden not overlooked. In a quiet neighborhood close to all shops. A 10-minute walk from the magnificent Château de le Bretesche and its beautiful 18-hole golf course. Small peculiarity of the accommodation, the second bedroom(2 beds 1 place) is accessible by the 1st bedroom, by a contiguous door. Which can be a plus for the safety of small children.

During the winter period (from 11/01 to 03/31) a supplement of €4/night for participation in heating costs is requested.

House located 15 minutes from Saint-Nazaire

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
