Situated on a working farm in an idyllic rural location. The Birds Nest is beautifully tucked away, with private parking, decking area and small enclosed garden. This charming little annexe is conveniently located close to the A30 (5 mins) and a our beautiful cornish beaches a short drive away. This cosy little get away is surrounded by footpaths and accessible forestries, perfect for those who like to explore and walk. A perfect place to unwind, relax and absorb all that Cornwall has to offer.

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
