Cosy spacious flat , good location. City center

Luxury residence with elevator, 1 minute from the tram stop. You will be 5 stops from the center (9 mins). Lots of shops and restaurants 1 minute walk. Nice apartment, bright, quiet, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The furniture is new (January 2024). You will benefit from the furnished balcony to have your breakfast for example. My daughter Léa will welcome you and will be able to advise you and answer all your questions. She is very available to our travellers.

Apartment on the 4th floor with lift, bright, 2 rooms of 48m2. Fully and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc.), wifi, terrace of 10m2 in the back of the building in an eco-neighborhood. Quiet. Everything is accessible on foot or by tram, no need for a car, Many shops at the foot of the building.
