All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down comforter, notify in case of allergy.

But also an outdoor area with table, and barbecue, and camera-secured parking. Possibility to park motorcycles in the shelter if needed.

Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
