Three bedrooms (one double bed in each bedroom) including a very nice master suite. Kitchen opens onto 40 m² living room (dishwasher, oven, induction stove, fridge). Two balconies in the living room. Guests can have lunch facing the sea. Avenue Lajarrige Market 300 m away.

Beautiful very bright and spacious duplex apartment with sea views 80 meters from the beach for 4 to 5 people. Hall, large living room plus dining room with terrace, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 2 closed bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds and an alcove in the mezzanine with sofa bed, cot and high chair available.

Pretty recent blackmoutrine house. All comforts, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. Nice little flowered garden, intimate with wooden decking, olive tree, deckchairs and barbecue, very comfortable underfloor heating. Private parking, enclosed in the evening. Ranking 3 keys, 3 stars.

Living room with equipped kitchenette, double bed 140 in alcove, table and 2 chairs, TV, radio, wifi, fan and air cooler. Separate bathroom with shower , sink and toilet. Bed made and bathroom linen provided. Pets allowed, the land is now fenced.
