Arcachonnaise house with a large and pretty wooded garden in a quiet area, not overlooked. At the bottom of the garden in a green setting, a swimming pool of 4.6m x 2.7m surrounded by a large deck. Ideally located, 5 minutes' walk from the tram, 4 km from the center of Bordeaux, 15 minutes from St Jean train station and the airport, 45 minutes from the Bassin d 'Arcachon , close to all shops. The house will be a perfect base to discover Bordeaux, its vineyards and the coast or simply relax by the pool.

Located in the heart of Bordeaux, on the top floor of an old cloister, I rent my quiet, bright T2 with views of the rooftops of Saint-Michel. Marché des Capucins is a 10-minute walk away. Parking Victor Hugo 150 m away. nearby businesses: seamstress, pharmacy, grocery store, Carrefour... The apartment is my primary residence, so it is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, board games). Earlier check-in is possible. Hand-delivered keys or key box.
