We would be happy to welcome you to our "truffle cottage", in the quiet countryside of the Périgord Vert, classified ** *, with stunning views of the green hills . The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the Nantheuil body of water and its beach, 3 km from Thiviers. The cottage includes a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bedroom , with either 2 90 beds or a 140 bed. We do not accept more than 4 people, possibly 1 small animal. The bed and towels provided.

The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.

Welcoming and private 45 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our annexe. Independent entrance and parking. Edge of village but within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. Great views across our land and lake. Bright and clean accommodation. Ideal stopover for work or on route to the south and on to Spain; or for longer stays to explore the local area with its' medieval towns and chateaux, apples and madeleines, porcelain, limousin beef and cul noir pigs.

Gîtes de France, 3 stars. Pleasant farmhouse completely renovated, quiet, spacious and warm with 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, pleasant living room with fireplace. Outdoor terrace and garden. Estate of 80 hectares, forest hikes, mountain biking, swimming pool 100 m away, shared with the other cottage in the hamlet. To discover walnut grove, vineyards and truffle fields, fishing ponds Possible to combine the cottage with the vineyard side = 12 people.

Cottage on the edge of a pond and river (Vézère), composed of living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private garden, barbecue available, parking. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to all amenities (5 min from shopping malls). Numerous tourist activities in the vicinity: walks, museums, sports... The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

The Moulin de Laroche

This very atypical old house, a former 17th century stone mill as well as its small stream, will offer you calm, tranquility and serenity. Located a few strides from Lake Causse, at the crossroads of Corrèze, Dordogne and Lot, its location is ideal and will allow you to discover various tourist, cultural, sports or gastronomic sites: Sarlat, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, the Lascaux caves, hiking, water activities.

You will stay in one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to all the must-see sites of the Périgord Noir: you will visit castles, gardens and caves.
