The view of the meadows and woods – the neighbors are at an appreciable distance – adds to the calm of the place. The surroundings are suitable for walks, on foot or by bike or even on horseback, swimming, the Dordogne River 10 km away and a lake managed by the department 12 km away, visits, Bergerac 25 km away and St Emilion 35 km away...

It sits in a woodland clearing just above the lake,a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed
