Come and spend a disconnected moment in a natural and relaxing setting close to the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet you can sometimes hear the purring of a mower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200m from the marshes. You are 8.5km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14km from Pornichet and 17km from La Baule. Dependency in my self-contained garden. Wifi available but very low speed.. Place to park in the path along my gate.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located on the first floor of our house. It is totally private for you and we have set up a garden with terrace and fenced garden. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

This charming cottage located in the heart of La Brière will accommodate 4 people and up to 6 on an ad hoc basis. It is located 2 Km from the city center, 15 Km from the seaside and 20 minutes from La Baule. La Brière, Regional Park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.

Small+: bathtub to cool off at the edge of the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + safe bicycles. We can meet there, but I am very discreet! A stay in a "break" mode in perspective.
