Ideal location for a nice 2-room 30 m2 Loi Carrez. Located on the harbor, with sea views, 150 meters from Nau du Pouliguen beach, the bedroom overlooks the pretty Pouliguen Park. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
