Our "Le Parc" flat is located in the "Villa du Parc" residence, which has secure access. There is a pedestrian entrance and a secure car park entrance that can be opened using a badge. 15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. Double bed + sofa bed. There is one parking space in front of the accommodation, next to mine. Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. I have a cat that is very intrusive 😅 The studio is on the ground floor of my home (independent entrance), so you may hear what's going on upstairs and vice versa, but I try to be careful.
