Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

You will find all the necessary comfort to relax you, and the charm of former days. Appartement tout confort au 3ème étage, dans une résidence neuve de St Julien en Genevois, tout proche de la gare et arrêt de bus (Genève est à 20 minutes) Il s'agit d'un appartement que j'occupe à l'année en semaine donc vous y trouverez des effets personnels, des provisions dans les placards ou le frigo... Je fais toujours en sorte de libérer des rayonnages de placard et de frigo mais si vous préférez un logement dédié à la location airbnb, je vous conseille un autre logement.
