Townhouse built in 2018 located in a nice quiet and residential area, 500 m from the center of Mimizan-Plage and its shops, and 800 m from the beach. Everything is within walking distance (beach, shops, halls, restaurants, etc.). A very nice exterior (40 m2) not overlooked allows you to have lunch or relax in the shade of the pine trees.
