My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. You will find 4 bedrooms in total (2 with beds of 160, 1 with bed of 160 and private shower room, 1 with bed of 160 + sofa bed) 1 bathroom (shower+bath), 1 fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas. The dining room has a large bay window overlooking a large wooden deck. Outside, everything is there to make you spend good times in the shade of the oaks or an umbrella.
