Enjoy the best waterfront view in town with access to a hammock, wifi, hanging swing, porch swing, bbq grill, huge yard, and giant concrete patio all looking up river! There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! We are just off I-29 in northern Missouri between St. Joseph and Platte City. Our property is 21 acres and includes a yard of 6 acres and fields and a wooded area. There is a kitchenette with the necessary essentials and a small bath with a shower, sink and toilet. There is NO Wi-Fi so you can unplug and relax; however, we do have good cell phone signals. * If you are a traveling nurse with a contract, contact us and we can work with you on your stay length. *

Check out this stylish 2 bedroom with one bath. Located just blocks away from the Hospital in a quiet little mobil home park. Close to beautiful walking trails and a fishing pond at the Missouri Western University that hosts the Chiefs training camp❤💛. There is a grocery store and many restaurants across the street. I have everything you need to be comfortable. There is a ramp to get in, no stairs. If you have additional family, ask us about our other trailers in the same little park.

We are right next to Coleman Hawkins Park where many festivals and concerts are held. Check the St. Joseph downtown calendar for any events that might bring crowds and noise. Unit is located next to a shared washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. You enter the front door to get your keys out of the G2 key box. Then walk around the building to the back side of the building. Locate unit G2. This is the private back entrance. Parking is available off the alley.
