Le départ d'une belle petite randonnée se trouve à côté ainsi qu'une Boulangerie Chocolaterie dont nous nous occupons. Au petit déjeuner croissants chaud et pain artisanal . Large capacity gîte, fully accessible for people with reduced mobility

30mm from Grenoble, 40mm from the resorts (Chamrousse and 7 Laux), 15mm from the shops. All areas of the cottage are accessible PMR The cottage has a large living space, two bedrooms (single/ double beds), two bathrooms, a large terrace and a magnificent view of the Grésivaudan valley. 2 parking spaces 50 m away make it possible to park vehicles such as a camper, van, trailers, etc. from the cottage no need to take the car to access hikes and bike rides.

A quaint wooden cabin is surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees. A well-maintained garden path leads to the entrance, with a mix of grass and plants. The cabin features a sloped roof and natural wooden accents, blending harmoniously with the serene natural landscape.

Small house surrounded by nature.

It is a peaceful place in the heart of nature and at the foot of the mountains, to relax, to hike to the lakes, to ski, to discover the Grésivaudan valley. The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a second bed is possible with the sofa bed if you prefer to sleep in front of the stove or if there are four of you. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and ecological dry toilet.

An indoor swimming pool is illuminated by natural light coming through a large window. The pool features a smooth blue surface, complementing the minimalist design of the space, which includes wooden accents and a tiled area for relaxation.

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

The loft consists of: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 160 x 200 bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.
