Welcome to our lovely holiday home! Central in the town of St Columb Major with plenty of amenities, it is conveniently located between Padstow & Newquay! With seaside and relaxation in mind, its a home from home in Cornwall. It has two bedrooms, one king sized bed and both with Premier Inn mattresses! The living room can be used as an occasional bedroom with pull out sofa bed. We also have a courtyard, large TV & Wifi. Parking is available in nearby car parks. Some Free in evenings.

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

The kitchen is open and airy, featuring a large range cooker and gas hob. A spacious countertop complements the modern cabinetry. The room is illuminated by natural light streaming through the skylights and windows, with decorative tile flooring enhancing the visual appeal.
