A full kitchen, large family room and dinning area. A perfect escape from the summer heat, or for a ski get away. A 4 minute drive to the tram for the top of Sestriere, or shuttle services for Skiing available!

Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

Panoramic view of the Guil Gorge and the Fort of Mont Dauphin (UNESCO classified). Ski resorts: Risoul 1850 25 min, Vars 30 min. South-facing, sunny terrace. Beautiful hike at the foot of the house.

The garden is terraced, allowing for pleasant moments of relaxation.
