Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

5 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from Lille by car or 5 minutes from the A1 highway.... but in the countryside!! I offer you a spacious and bright house of 135m² completely renovated with lots of charm on a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (High Speed Wifi). With a capacity of 7 people , it has 3 bedrooms with beds made upon arrival. Sofa bed is convertible. Toilet linen and umbrella bed available. Private parking.

On a surface area of 40 m2, on the ground floor you will find a bright living room including an equipped kitchen with a dining and relaxation area, a shower room and a bedroom. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a living room with sofa bed and TV. The bay window will offer you a view of the garden shared with the owners. The private terrace faces south and has various outdoor amenities.

Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

Gîte du Plateau de Fléquières (apple tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.
