This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have their own bathroom, on the first floor the 3 bedrooms have to share the 2 bathrooms.

Slow down in a natural and historical setting. You'll be staying within the protected village heritage site Het Stift in Twente. Walking and cycling routes start right outside the door. The guest accommodation is part of the main house but is rented out separately. It is suitable for one or two adults. You'll have a private entrance in a separate, enclosed area.
