Fußläufig sind Bahnhof u. Haltestelle (3 Min.) zu erreichen, , nach SB sind es 11 km , zur Uni sind es 8 km, der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 min. Fahrzeit entfernt. Outlet-Center Zweibrücken ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist 65 qm groß u. liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.

Relax! – in this spacious and quiet place to stay. Stylish, well-kept apartment with balcony for up to 2 people (couple) on the first floor (for your own use) of an old building villa . It is a spacious apartment, quiet and centrally located in an upscale residential area. Ideal for a single person or a couple (possibly with a child). There are open spaces, an enclosed bedroom with large bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and in addition a fold-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2m) in the living-dining room.
