The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowboat are also at your disposal.

The sauna has a Harvia stove that was renovated in 2023. There is no indoor shower in the cottage. Kouvola, Tykkimäki and Mielaka ski resort are only 20-25 minutes away and less than 2 hours drive from the Helsinki metropolitan area.
