Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

Hallo, ich vermiete in meiner Gründerzeitvilla möblierte Zimmer. Wenn Sie sich also in Erfurt für ein paar Tage, Wochen oder sogar Monate aufhalten, dann würde ich Sie gerne willkommen heißen. Die Räume sind modern eingerichtet (gehobene Ausstattung) und zwischen 16m² bis zu 30m² groß, dazu kommen dann noch gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Küchen, Bäder (Wanne und Dusche) und Loungen. Obwohl zentral gelegen, ist die Wohngegend ruhig. Alle Zimmer haben WLAN-Empfang. Ein Reinigungsdienst ist vorhanden.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.
