The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our beautiful city of Hof also has a lot to offer with extraordinary and popular recreational areas such as the Untreusee and the Theresienstein.

Large windows let plenty of light into the spacious living room. Equipped with many artworks in the apartment and with a large artist garden. Very quiet outskirts in the beautiful Vogtland, in the morning you are woken up by birdsong. We are provincial and cosmopolitan ☀️
