The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Dear guests Our accommodation is a 2-room apartment in our detached house in rural surroundings with private entrance and parking. It can accommodate 2 adult guests(+2 children from 2 years) and is located at the gates of the city of Zurich (30 minutes to Zurich-HB, Airport 30min train, 20 min car). For relaxation, the Katzensee Nature Reserve is located near the Katzensee Nature Reserve.
