Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
