Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.
