A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Porto Downtown Penthouse w/ private terrace

This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

Surrounded by a citrus orchard and away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, Vila Milreu offers newly renovated and tastefully furnished accommodations, including a suite with 2 custom bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and a living room with TV. In the common areas, you can enjoy a library and a game room with snooker, as well as a beautiful, well-kept garden with several living areas, and a pleasant swimming pool.

Small independent suite with private toilet. The kitchen is shared with two more bedrooms, the garden and swimming pool. Kitchen equipped with microwave, a gas stove, toaster, fridge, oven, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a shared portable barbecue with two more bedrooms. Breakfast included between June and September. The accommodation is not suitable for babies or small children -5 years of age. Important: read the house rules.
