Sea la Vie is a sun-drenched, family-friendly townhouse with contemporary styling that lends a tranquil, restful air. Take in the ocean and beach views from the first floor balconies, and spend a blissful day lounging by the pool. Sea La Vie is our own private family house that we rent. It is a comfortable and spacious 3 double bedroom (one with an extra bunker bed) house with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi and indoor and outdoor space. Everything is prepared to make this a lovely beach house for friends and families to enjoy as much as we do. A bright, modern and contemporary furniture and decoration make it stand out from other houses in the area. 200 tv channels to choose from and a flat screen will provide everyone with ample entertainment. A truly unique beach house stay. TOURIST TAX DISCLOSURE: Please note that VRSA locality is charging as from 1 December 2018 a tourist tax as follows: - Adults: of 1 euro per night up to 7 nights - Children between 11 and 13 years old: 0.50 cents per child/night up to 7 nights - Children aged 10 and below: Exempt The obligation to make this payment befalls on the guests and hosts are obliged to collect this amount and pay local authorities. Airbnb allows collection to be made at check-in (payment in cash) or via the Airbnb platform via the "request money" facility. As we offer automated check-in, once you are settled in we will send all guests a request to make this payment. We seek your understanding and prompt payment upon request. The house has a parking space inside the gates and a second parking in front of the property although once you arrive you won't need the car as all amenities are walking distance from Sea La Vie. We are reachable for questions via email or phones once you make a reservation. Our house is under the wonderful care of our neighbours D Fatima and her husband Jorge. Anything you need from extra cleaning to minor repairs or airport pickup and drop off (at extra cost) they can arrange for you. This is a quiet, beachfront neighborhood with the beach literally within a 2 minutes walk and with easy access to some of the region's best golf courses. For the essentials, a pharmacy, newsagent, and supermarket are all within a five minutes walk, and the town has a wide choice of restaurants and cafes. All you may need to make your stay memorable is at a walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, newstand and supermarket are all within 5-10minutes walking If you don't have a car, our neighbour Jorge can organize pick-up and drop off from Faro airport (50 euros per way) and for shorter trips you can use Uber or Taxi Manta Rota: +351 917 505 953. The gardener and pool man come more or less once a week so please do not be alarmed if you see them. All BBQ equipment is next to the bbq; feel free to use it. Don't leave food in the outside table or kitchen or ants will quickly have a feast 😊

The beach is a very short walk down the hill, about 4 minutes or less. Both bedrooms and also the living room have its own AC/Heating. We have toys and books for young children, we can also provide baby cots and high chairs if needed. Our TV has a selection of international channels such as BBC, ITV, German and French channels. We also have Netflix available. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Electric oven and Induction Hobs, espresso machine, Fridge-Freezer, Double Sink, Dishwasher and a tap that provides filtered water. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.
