Mountain River private Master Suite and deck

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway and private deck with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a loveseat, and a huge custom shower in a modern bathroom. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

Close to Route 93 and several attractions. *This apartment is an addition to a house which may be rented out at the same time. ** Located 15 minutes south of Loon Mountain and 15 minutes north of Waterville Valley. Less then 5 minutes from the Pemi River Campground where you can rent tubes, canoes, and kayaks. Also a short drive from Rocky Ridge Ranch and 50 minutes from Santa’s Village. There are several hikes local as well as parks

Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

Private sitting room, bedroom and full bath, separated from main house. 5-minute walk to Plymouth State University. Close to Waterville Valley, Loon, and other ski resorts. Also close to lakes and hiking trails. Bedroom has a king size bed and reclining chair. Sitting room has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. The sitting room also has a table with four chairs, a mini fridge, microwave oven, and Kreurig coffee maker. Plates, cups, silverware are also provided. Parking for three cars.
