Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

In addition to a sleeping area with a high-quality box spring bed, you will find a large bathroom and a living area with an open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay with us in Nuremberg. Due to its location in a side street, the apartment is also very quiet.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The next Tram station is 5 minutes away. particular importance is attached to disinfecting the accommodation /bed linen. Contactless Check-in is possible. Parking places for free. The room fits for 2 persons with a twin bed. Coffeemaker, Microwave and minibar are available.Also a waterheater for tea.

The centrally located duplex apartment offers stunning views over the rooftops of Nuremberg. The tram (Deichslerstraße) is right outside the door and the city is about 10-15 minutes on foot. So it is also worth visiting the Christkindlesmarkt. Within walking distance is the local recreation area of Wöhrder See with opportunities for walking, pedal boating or playing table tennis.

This is a private room in a very centrally located apartment with shopping, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The Christmas market and many other sights are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The Sebalder Höfe parking garage is 300 meters away. Good connection to the three U-Bahn lines. The apartment is available to you alone as I am currently abroad.
