Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. You can also book breakfast on Saturday/Sunday.
