Almost invisible from the road with spacious terraces and lots of privacy. Equipped with a sauna, hot tub, lounge area and veranda. An eldorado for those who love peace and nature, but equipped with all the comforts that make a stay so attractive. Enjoy titmice, robins, spotted woodpecker and squirrels. Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
